Hey Air Canada Congrats on finding new ways to alienate customers beyond long lines/late flights. Was verbally abused, followed, suitcase and phone grabbed out of my hand by agent (Pearson biz check in). Reason: carry on was too big. Here is pic of it in bin. Super value add!
