Celebrate our Trees on Arbor Day! For 17 years Restore Mass Ave has added new trees to restore the historic landscape of Embassy Row. During 2 years of DDOT DC construction Restore Mass Ave tried to protect all trees. Here are old trees and modern infrastructure by Greek Embassy.

Nested peacefully in a park in Central Austin, this magnificent live oak was recognized as Austin’s Large Tree of the Year in 2008 by TreeFolks and the City of Austin. We want to continue recognizing trees like these and others in our communities.

Our free, public Tree Walk on April 13 drew 15 walkers. We toured the majestic trees that RMA protects. Walkers also saw the historic-style landscape we've arranged at some of the most famous D.C. addresses. Visit restoremassave.org/events to see the full recap.

RMA and @ddotdc joined forces at Sheridan Circle. We dug up weeds so the roses and other good plants can be seen. Our project will improve the view of one of Washington's most beautiful landmarks. More sessions follow!
