JUST IN Arizona Supreme Court wants to hear AZ Attorney General Kris Mayes arguments to delay start date of 1864 abortion ban by 90 days & Planned Parenthood Arizona, Inc. arguments to delay until repeal takes affect 90 days after end of legislative session. As things stand now, 1864 ban will be law for unknown period.
