I'm at the Supreme Court today for oral arguments in Fischer v. U.S., a case about whether Jan. 6 defendants can be charged under a particular law. I was trapped in the Capitol complex for hours on Jan. 6, and I'm personally invested in seeing the perpetrators held accountable.
