Take your characters for a walk

User stories / Jobs to be done can focus on a feature, while a cast and scenario can create a flow and storyline - context is important

Storytelling can Explain, Inspire, Motivate and Persuade.

Adapt your story for different audiences and at different levels for different people. And keep it simple, so it’s more likely to stick.

Mix the verbal and the visual - learn from comic artists like Chris Ware. Learn some techniques to show how to show flow and storyline.

Experience maps can show user journeys - some good examples on Pinterest.
