Kezabal HM Revenue & Customs Couldn't possibly see how this story and so many others are linked to HMRC belatedly 'partnering' with Samaritans after political heat for their belligerent style of max-tax 'debt' collection. Ask them, and it isn't happening, even while it's happening to people like Kezabal.

Kezabal HM Revenue & Customs 250% of a total amount is HMRC's idea of 'fair share' made real. Not sure this is even being fair to other taxpayers, who will find themselves paying for bankrupted and unproductive workers' benefits.

HMRC has turned itself into a loan shark in all but name.
