Flims Radar Treasury Committee HM Revenue & Customs UK House of Commons HMRC behaviour that is very familiar to #LoanCharge workers. As are the resultant multiple suicides. With dubious aggressive debt collection methods, HMRC are drifting into grounds for corporate manslaughter. No excuse to say they are just following their tax collection process.

THis whole situation has taken over my life, the impact of having to pay the loan charge is something that I struggle to comprehend. I cannot understand how HMRC can make laws then ignore the companies which then openly peddle schemes...
