On May 6-7, we will be undergoing a server upgrade to our document recording system. We expect to be up and running for business on Monday morning, May 8.

The server upgrade to our document recording system will be delayed slightly. There will now be a site outage from Friday, May 19, 3 pm EDT through Monday, May 22 at 8 am. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Recorder of Deeds Offices will be closed on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, for professional development and training activities. Our offices will resume normal operations on July 27, 2023. Thank you for your understanding as we work to better serve you.

From 3PM EDT Friday, July 14, 2023, through Sunday, July 16, 2023, our document recording system will be unavailable to users as we undergo the next phase of our server upgrade. We expect it to be fully functional on Monday morning, July 17.
