If you're female in the industry please Re-tweet let's get them to agree in writing that they will not allow the use of these type of NDA's to be used, this is so important for us that they accept this in writing and if they don't ask them why!!

Will you all make a pledge/agreement to ban the use of NDA's where there has been accusations of abuse/sexual abuse I will write to you all individually. Can you confirm in writing that you have not and will not use NDA's in such cases.

Should the use of NDA's be banned where there has been accusations of abuse? Who would benefit from this recommendation not being actioned? Who has stopped this going ahead? Who has been lobbying government to ensure that the well thought out recommendations didn't get accepted?
