The current Tory campaign to blame pub closures on the Labour Government, with ridiculous personal attacks on Reeves and also a barring of Labour MPs has ONE BIG PROBLEM. Pubs closed at a far higher rate during the 15 years of Tory governments than they are now.

I see the false narrative on pub closures, as pushed by the Tories, is being repeated on #bbclaurak Please BBC, do your own research, don’t just adopt what the Tories claim.

Last year I called out Robert Jenrick for comments about Handsworth that were divisive and wrong. That should have been a line in the sand. Instead of kicking him out, Conservative leaders defended him and tried to explain it away. That said everything about where that party

Whenever Badenoch pops up for comment during these relentless, global impacts we’re navigating through, she just bashes & plays the political point scoring banjo, bringing nothing constructive to table. It’s just so bloody tiresome. She’s like an angry fart in a space suit.

Whateley - this money grabbing btich prefers bombs and bullets over looking after the very people escaping from the bombs and bullets she craves ! Helen Whately, Tory MP for Faversham and Mid Kent, once raked in over £100k salary as a government minister, despite being

This from Helen who doesn’t want to help children or other families & claimed £3,250 per month from the taxpayer for a second home in London, & she only lives in Faversham, Kent. Those who feast at the public trough have the loudest lectures on frugality #bbcbreakfast #r4today

The EFL has sanctioned Sheffield Wednesday consistently since 2018. Over that period, the club has been hit with multiple transfer embargoes spanning nearly a decade. By October 2025, Wednesday were under six simultaneous embargoes — the most any club has ever faced. On top of

The man who wants to rescue Sheffield Wednesday, American businessman David Storch, says he has been “informed that a 15-point penalty is set to be imposed at the start of next season” in League One. The outgoing owner Dejphon Chansiri should hang his head in shame at the damage

Dr Rob Croton (@rjcroton) 's Twitter Profile Photo

This is completely wrong, Wednesday already heavily punished and could end up in League Two. The EFL's clubs need to get together and change rules so that context is taken into account re: kleptocratic/unfit ex-owners like Chansiri at #SWFC, Lai at #wba, Yongge at Reading.

Always find it interesting on here that when someone isn’t intelligent enough to argue with you they call you a rude name and off they pop .What’s that all about? Just had one who was so wide away from what I was talking about he put in a couple of childish pictures too .Ah well

The irony of someone with a handle of Freespeech on here blocking you because you have a different opinion to them These Bad enoch supporters really don’t like any challenge that comes their way . That’s Tories for you
