Blake Griffin wanted to retire a Clipper. Seven months after signing a five-year, $171 million deal to stay in L.A., the Clippers traded him to Detroit. Chris Paul wanted to retire a Clipper. Five months afterward, the Clippers released him in the middle of the night. Unbelievable.

The season, and likely the postseason, is over for the Kansas City Chiefs - but to say their era is over?!? Same said after the Philadelphia Eagles got beaten by the Chiefs in the Super Bowl, had a bad year the next season, but came back and faced the Chiefs again in last year's Super Bowl ... and won.
