Lunchables just got approved as “food” in cafeterias in the US. Lunchables are not food. Nothing processed is food. How do we continue to make the worst possible decision with the most data, each and every time, ESPECIALLY around the health of those who don’t have agency?

The NRA should be the target of your anger, there is NOTHING confusing about 139 mass shootings in 80 days. Money moves the policy, the NRA moves the money, children get killed at school. How, is, this, STILL, happening? How are people still saying Guns aren’t the problem?

Today the city of Vancouver failed its residents, all of them. This is not a solution, it’s cruelty. Deeply disheartened this is where we are, for shame.

7 years sober. Man, that’s emotional to say out loud, to type, the joy in it is full body, gratitude on ten. Breaking the conditions of needing to escape myself continues to bring lessons and deepening.
