Optical Genome Mapping (OGM) now has its own CPT code! CPT code 81195 for cytogenomic analyses will be effective on Jan 1, 2025—a result of 5+ years of work by the OGM community. CMS has crosswalked pricing to PLA 0260U (constitutional conditions), but our fight continues
