"You having trouble with school too?"

"I can help with training."

Cue the grin. "Of course! You know I'm always here to help!"

"What? I like helping you!" Arms crossed over his chest as he gave a small pout.

He couldn't help but chuckle. "What's wrong with looking at you?" Now he's pushing his luck.

"Okay, okay fine!" He's not pushing his luck any further.

"Wipe that grin off your face." He was teasing her now.

. . . "Yes."

".. Yes." Luckily, he was stubborn too.

"WHY NOT?!"

"BECAUSE...?"

"Taiga, that isn't a reason."

A roll of the eyes followed, although he couldn't help but smile at her antics.

"Hey!" The second he saw the door open, his face absolutely lit up with joy at the sight of Taiga. Xaos would lean in to press a quick kiss to her lips, before making his way inside. "Hope you don't mind being stuck with me on Christmas."

"I know, I know! What could possibly be worse than spending time with the person you always spend time with." And like always, he was able to read her words and tone to near perfection. He turned to her with a wide grin on his lips.

"Tragic indeed." He joked, reaching into his bag as he pulled out a santa hat of his own. After placing that on his own head he also pulled out a fake santa beard which he quickly put on Taiga's face. A laugh soon followed.

"Hey.." He stepped closer to her, arms tightly wrapping around her in an attempt to comfort her. "We can still have a good Christmas anyway.."

He would shift, moving to press a quick peck to her lips. "Let's enjoy this.." He muttered. He reached into his bag, wrapping a scarf around the both of them, it was just an excuse to keep her close really.
