T-12 hours to start second year of medical school. Let the crazy journey begin 🎉

It’s been over 18 hours since the University Hospital in #PuertoRico lost power. Generators failed causing a huge inconvenience at the hospital. There is no computer system and no air conditioning. Updates to medical records are being done by hand.

POV: You have your first MS2 exam tomorrow and you're studying in the dark because you live in Puerto Rico... where power outages are the norm 🤩

To help people is amazing, to take pictures in the process and use them as photo props… that’s not ok. People in need are humans with emotions who I bet rather stay in anonymity.
