Early in Anne's illness we used to go for a visit to Houghton Hall Garden Centre near Carlisle. On one of our trips, for obvious reasons, we bought a rose named 'Anne's Rose'. It's one of my memories of her and this morning, after the overnight rain, it looks glorious. ❤️

The woman in my life looking for a bit of TLC. I'm becoming more worried about her as her feline dementia is becoming more noticeable. She and I are at the vet next Monday so a discussion will be had about the way forward.

She's in the huff with me for taking her to the vet this morning. I had a long chat with the vet about the progress of Maxi's dementia symptoms and I'm pleased to say that whilst he agrees they seem to be getting worse, there's still life in the old cat yet. 😸

I've got a chest infection and can't seem to stop coughing so here I am at 0330 having a cup of tea. I finished a course of antibiotics on Sunday so may have to go back to the GP. It's been a while since I saw this time of night. 🤦🏻‍♂️
