Taken 106 years ago today, this photo shows Australian servicemen finding a moment of respite in a support trench near Villers-Bretonneux, despite the constant barrage of shellfire – a recent explosion having just rocked the trench, with a wounded man seen being helped out.

Here are the names of those brave men from 3RAR. They fought against impossible odds and gave so much over a few days on a hill in Korea 1951. Commemorated on this day 24 April, Kapyong Day. Lest we forget. #koreanwar #3RAR #Kapyongday
