This morning ,i received a special present from my @manoir team who wished me a happy birthday in a unanimous & voluminous voice .The main conductor is ma chef patissier Benoit Blin MCA the greatest patissier i know,seconded by @ChefGaryJones as his first assistant ! merci 😇

so many industries and crafts are short of staff .Is it time for the governement to reconsider the Visa policy & provide cheaper visas from Europe .we have lost so much skill and brilliant workers that our industies badly needs - Retail , farming ,nursing ,Hospitality of course
