I encourage people to apply for this! I have just finished my Post Doc with Jim, he is an amazing researcher and a wonderful PI. He has been so supportive and I have learned so much from him. Fantastic opportunity for an early career moral psychologist! jobs.kent.ac.uk/vacancy.aspx?r…

🐐Scapegoating and conspiracy theories🐐 An outgroup perceived as threatening will trigger intergroup conspiracy beliefs. But what about diffuse threats not attributable to any outgroup (e.g., economic downturn)? Will intergroup conspiracy beliefs act as scapegoating processes?

Remember the European Super League (ESL)? This tournament was intended to compete with the Champions League, but the announcement of the ESL sparked huge protests among fans. Why? Dr Ricky Green, Mikey Biddlestone, and I collected data over the few days of the crisis.

New paper with my dearest friend, Kenzo Nera! We propose that multi-study articles can hardly achieve conceptual novelty and statistical consistency while remaining transparent. Fulfilling two of these criteria considerably reduces the probability of satisfying the third one.
