We’re on our way to the Nietzsche Archive in Weimar to begin research on our book ‘Drawn to Nietzsche’, which will explore N’s relationship to psychology & art, & interview people decidedly drawn, or not drawn to him! Thanking Routledge Psychology for interest in the proposal!

We have visited Nietzsche’s birthplace and grave at Röcken, near Weimar. Link👇to video on his r/ship to psychology. He held that our dreams have led to belief in the afterlife & belief in god, and that wake life consciousness is often deluded & fictional, just like dreaming.

Today I remember my father who would be 101. Here is the letter he wrote to his parents in 1944 from #normandy saying he had been hit by shrapnel from a mortar bomb and so would be coming home. So brave. He lived to 97 with the shrapnel still in his body. I miss him.
