Mammograms are uniquely invasive, uncomfortable, personal examinations, involving squashing, flattening, lifting, pushing & pulling the breasts. If male radiographers are permitted to carry them out, more women will stay away. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

🧵The judgment in For Women Scotland has caused shockwaves, but not about anything it actually says. The panic & confusion is all about rectifying a practice which was already known to be unlawful but has proliferated anyway: the provision of single-sex services on a self-ID basis ⤵️

Note how, in their statement, the Football Association take time to centre the feelings of male people who will now have to play in their own category, rather than apologise to women for their shameful actions. #whataboutwomen thefa.com/news/2025/may/…

What led UK universities to adopt unlawful trans policies based on a document drafted by Socialist Workers Party activists - one of whom argues that gender-critical women should not be invited to universities because they "contaminate" the space? timeshighereducation.com/news/contamina…

Frances 'Cassandra' Coppola Please do not do this. It helps nobody. It causes only confusion, most of all for the people to whom you are allied. The judgment and the Act are the law. The statutory Code of Practice has very limited force of law, in no way equivalent to an Act or a decision of the apex court.

This week has reminded me so much of the respondents in my tribunal (& in Jo Phoenix, Rachel Meade, Sandie Peggie etc..) So many people willing to stand up & and say stupid things in bold defiance of the Equality Act, and cost their public and voluntary sector employers money

Terven, all hands on deck!! Sal Robins has been permanently suspended! She has no idea why. Appeals go no where and she paid for a full year! Can we please ALL ask to #BringBackSalRobins simultaneously? Maybe we can get it to trend and they will help her. Share. 🙏🏻

It's hard to believe The Labour Party voted against using accurate data on sex as part of new digital IDs in the wake of the Supreme Court judgment. Have a feeling the government will be taken to court on this if it succeeds in pushing self-ID through for this - why even go there?!

Women should not have to reveal our trauma or emphasise our vulnerabilities in order to get male-free spaces. A simple No should suffice. There's a word for men who won't take No for an answer

I wrote about what actual gender non-conformity looks like (and it isn't men claiming more space while women meekly disidentify from their own bodies on the grounds they're not 'feminine' enough) thecritic.co.uk/cerys-vaughan-…

Following the Supreme Court judgment on the meaning of "sex" in the 2010 Equality Act, we have published an addendum to our report on data and statistics on sex and gender. This explains how the judgment dovetails with the recommendations of the review. sullivanreview.uk/addendum.php

A kick in the teeth for every girl aspiring to play football. “I don’t actually think, in terms of sport, that it will ever be a real issue.” Disappointing that ⁦Gary Lineker⁩ doesn’t think women & girls deserve safe and fair grassroots football telegraph.co.uk/football/2025/…

If, after reading this article, you continue to pretend that it is ‘hate’ to question the advisability of surgically and chemically castrating/sterilising troubled teens, you’re either malign or dangerously stupid. newstatesman.com/politics/healt…

Welcome with ❤️: MoMa breastfeeding support. A genuinely mother-to-mother organisation formed to be mother-centred, with no daft ideas that breastfeeding can or should be done by men (even the ones who say they‘re women). momab.org.uk
