This is so exciting. Our lovely Staffordshire (type) kiln is at last getting the repairs it so desperately needs. Scaffolding going up today. Huge thanks to Historic England and Hampshire County Council for their help with this project.
Very interesting to see the #Wallingford Castle Pritchard Architecture updates from earlier in January. Especially relevant to hear this news on the anniversary of the death of Charles I. Wallingford Castle was on the side of the Royalists during the English Civil War.
