Mayo Clinic Internal Medicine Residency Rochester the DEI and Wellness work groups support quarterly book club meetings. Usually we meet in my basement (but we have done parks, club houses and restaurants) and talk about amazing books. My heart is always 10 sizes bigger at the end of these meetings! 🥰 #meded

Some reflections for the new class of interns starting residency. Residency is busy and you’ll be challenged in new ways. But it is also uniquely rewarding in the impact you have on patients that medical school simply could not match. Cherish those moments as a new doctor.
