Exercise doesn't have to be hardcore. Yesterday my mum (74) did her 1st #ParkRun. She walked, managing 1 lap of 3. The first thing she said to me was "I'll aim for 2 laps next week." We went together for a walk today because "the best thing was the fresh air". Princes parkrun

There have been over 15,000 finishers at Princes (not all on the same day...) and only 13 of them under 16 minutes, and just 1 under 15 minutes.
