Appreciate club coaches who are in it for the kids. Who are fair but truthful. We see u. The rides home, the $$ from ur own pocket. How hard you work for ur kids. You can do it right & it still may not be enough. It’s ok. Have to be able to look urself in the mirror at the end

TRAVEL BALL COACHES: PLEASE STOP PINCH RUNNING FOR PITCHERS/CATCHERS. If they are going to hit in college they have to learn to run bases. I cannot put someone in my lineup that does not know softball IQ running bases. They learn by doing it! Keep them in!

Wish more kids were doing this type of work, learning how to properly throw and how to lift rather than playing every weekend of the year
