I do not know a single alleged victim of sexual abuse who claims they are perfect, or any Christian victim of abuse that thought they didn't need Jesus to save them from their own sin. But, overwhelmingly, victims of abuse struggle with false guilt for sin that is not their own.

In my secular vocation if I engage in ANY sexualized conduct with anyone I work with it is sexual abuse and abuse of power. I am fined $250,000, lose my registration, and I have to pay restitution to my victim. In my sacred institution the victim bears the cost. Outrageous.

Phillip Rivers is a winner no matter what the scoreboard says. I was more than skeptical when he returned to play. I thought why not someone younger? Why not someone who has practiced all year? I put my limits on him, & I was wrong. He’s inspired, and energized this team. I’m

Joe Buck made a great point during the game re: Rivers. The amount of people who have come out to laud, show respect, and share their own great Rivers stories the last two weeks has been a gift. This ride has been a Philip Rivers appreciation party; he never really properly got.

Come, then, let us observe the Feast. Truly wondrous is the whole chronicle of the Nativity. For this day the ancient slavery is ended, the devil confounded, the demons take to flight, the power of death is broken, paradise is unlocked, the curse... -St. John Chrysostom, 386 AD

I just wanna say I appreciate Philip Rivers for coming back and trying to help salvage this season. A big S/O to Uncle Phil, Canton awaits. Absolute legend🫡

The committee has to stop gifting the SEC almost half the playoff field. Bowl season and the playoffs have really revealed how the conference just isn’t that much better than anyone else. Period. End of story.

With Miami beating Ole Miss, the SEC finishes 1-8 against P4 teams in bowls, 0-3 in the playoff against other P4 teams and doesn’t get to the title game for 3 straight years So look for ESPN & Greg Sankey to push for 9 SEC teams in the playoff next year
