Amidst the meeting for preparation of the Re-Poll in East Kameng, a minor girl of the Puroik community was rescued from the abductor & united back with her family. The DC East Kameng appeals everyone to stop such derogatory practices which are inhuman & illegal.

After the voting concluded, we organized a clean-up drive at the Kafla village, polling station premises. A significant amount of litter accumulated due to today's voter turnout.

Cast my vote at my home constituency today,exercised my right,fulfilled my duty.

No place like it. My native village- Kafla in East Kameng, simple, uncomplicated, and full of charm.

So sad to hear about the death of a youth in poll-related violence in Jamiri, West Kameng in which few others have also been injured. Condolences to the family of the young man. Praying that the injured make a speedy recovery & that peace returns in Thrizino-Buragaon AC.

Safe travels home to Mangtang! He had an amazing time learning & growing here. From academics to human values, he gained so much. Yesterday, he even experienced democracy firsthand at a Ladakhi sit-in! Huge thanks to everyone who showed him kindness.
