43 runners took on the track this evening for our first of many track sessions at Bridgend Athletic’s track 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️ Some absolutely blistering times in our time trials and an incredible effort from all…but remember, it never gets easier, you just get faster! 🔱
