Children with special needs are reported to be severely malnourished resulting in poor weight gain, lethargy,muscle weakness and a higher risk of other illnesses. That is why at polemum we have monthly classes on the proper nutrition of our children by the best nutritionists .

Childhood disability remains a lowly prioritised concern in the world today. Rehabilitation services are not accessible to many Ugandan families that's why we have taken the length to carry out rehabilitation in our very communities. #itstartswithyou
