Anyone else feel like preparing presentation slides is like working on a stop motion animation? Every frame of a 15-minute talk takes hours to set up. :) #ISBI2024

My dog dragged this amazing possum from under the deck. It pretends to be dead, then alive, then dead again, all within seconds. Reminds me of people who try to manipulate others with toddler-like innocence, even when their play is rather obvious.

Expert systems had bugs from faulty scoring functions—hard to find, easy to fix. Do end-to-end deep learning models have 'bugs' too, or should we call their errors 'cognitive fallacies'? How do we categorize AI mistakes?

Final day of OHMB 2024. Just as it begins, it ends. More than 3200 attendees necessarily lead to consistency in appearance. Enthusiasm for science and innovation rate remain high! Already looking forward to the next OHMB 2025 in Brisbane, Australia. I’ve been promised a 🐨;)
