Really glad to see Red Lion Street finally reopen. After many years of it being closed and all the adverse impacts that had on residents on Back Turner Street and businesses in the area, I'm glad to see it open once again. Now looking forward to the starting ASAP. #PiccadillyWard

Trans rights are human rights 🏳️‍⚧️ The recent Supreme Court ruling & EHRC advice threaten the safety & dignity of trans people. The Equality Act was meant to protect trans people, but further legislation is needed & that is what I am focused on & will be lobbying for.

Last month, we completed our largest single-area graffiti removal project to date! Working alongside the residents of Slate Wharf, Castlefield, we restored the walls and applied a protective anti-graffiti coating—preserving the charm of this beautiful heritage area.
