I'm very thankful we have scaffolding going up the tower in the next few weeks. Our weather vane may be down, but Blandford Forum Parish Church is definitely not out!

Just back from inspecting the roof and the tower. We have a gash in the roof (which is being renewed in the next few months) and the vane is mangled. Sad to see, but could be a whole lot worse. Blandford Forum Parish Church is alive and well!
