It was a great pleasure to be involved in this fantastic study from Avelino Alvarez and colleagues investigating the relative impact of producer and ripening environment on the microbiome of an artisanal blue cheese

I had a gut feeling 🤣 to watch this interesting documentary on Netflix. It explained micro biome through animation which made it easy to understand and watch. Scientists from all over the world including John F. Cryan Ireland. 👏👏 Food for thought 🤔
