Over the weekend the PGRC girls took part in the Elgin Spring Regatta. For many, it was the first regatta in many months, for some, their first-ever. It rained, the girls were freezing but the rewards were GREAT. #PgrcRowing #ElginSpringRegatta #PGRCgirlsrow
