An easy way to make better, quick decisions. Ask yourself this; “Which one will be something I look back on and regret less?”

I’ll be the first to admit I hate motivational bullshit one liners. But I do believe this is something so simple yet effective. That once we understand to not only expect rough patches, but to welcome the challenge which is brought onto us.

Question for coaches/trainers/ clients alike Do you like using a Fitness app, or do you like using Google/Micrsoft sheets and why do you like one or the other?

-I find that absorbing and producing maximum force within a given constraint (such as depth jumps) prepares me best for the task of moving weigh via squats or deads. (Or really any kind of heavier lower body dominant movement) -I find I’m also much more ready and prepared for

Sometimes success really boils down to this; Doing the things that most people aren’t willing to do, endure or experience

Stop a minute. You know the answer you’re seeking. You know what you should, or have to do. You don’t need approval or validation from others. You need it from yourself. Listen to yourself.

When it comes to training, or other endeavors, pure effort for the sake of effort itself is not enough. And it makes me laugh how many times I’ve heard people say “they’re the hardest worker in the room” so they feel they deserve to be on this pedestal. Like they’re special

Unpopular opinion; “Training for longevity” is for cowards and isn’t real. It’s the newest fad fitness trend that’s actually straight up bullshit. To me, training for longevity pretty much says “if you don’t wanna actually work hard in your training, train for longevity!!”
