The real point is that the government had four years to address the issues after teachers put the interest of their students ahead of their contractual dispute because of the COVID crisis. The gov learned and did nothing in those four years.

Huh, look at what can be accomplished when a govt negotiates. Nova Scotia teachers didn't even end up taking job action. Could have been the same in Sask. All sanctions are fully on the Saskatchewan Party who refused to bargain in good faith.
