Um … no. The DOJ has awesome subpoena power. Congressmen ignored our subpoenas (paging Jim Jordan). They would not have done the same to the DOJ. We were shocked wits we interviewed had not heard from the DOJ. Our hearings kickstarted the DOJ investigation; it didn’t impede it.
