Haven’t been on the turbo trainer since Feb of this year. Nice to jump on and bash out 50km on Zwift (to my great surprise). Immediately ate some Cadburys Roses upon reentering the house.

Just cycling through Enfield to work this morning in on a bitterly cold day, driver ahead pulls into cycle lane, passenger flings open door to fully obstruct lane without looking. This driver wanted to fellate me after he cut me up just after the cycle lane finished in Palmers Green yesterday morning. Quite odd indeed.

Today’s cycle lane ordeal involved me coming off the bike on an icy patch as I had to move out of the cycle lane to avoid the Enfield Council mini-bus blocking the route. Sore wrist, sore shoulder and cut knee. I encounter trouble here quite a lot of the time.
