To achieve Kemi Badenoch's aim the Conservatives must ensure that people within the party understand their own intellectual tradition. A college, an education centre, public lectures, history and philosophy being taught and leaders within the party articulating this tradition.

All of these things have been done before e.g. Swinton College; Conservative Political Centre; Quintin Hogg's The Case for Conservatism; Disraeli's Crystal Palace speech. The party has to take ideas and their dissemination not only seriously but structurally invest in them.
