• Benign tumor derived from Schwann cells (CNS WHO G1)

• There can be scattered atypical nuclei (ancient change)👇

• Look for Antoni A (in which there are Verocay bodies) and Antoni B

• If bilateral vestibular schwannoma, think NF2 (Merlin)
