We have 6 recommendations for police & the justice system to support victims of hate crimes: 1. Victims' definitions of hate crime should be primary 2. Police need to classify all incidents of hostility fuelled by discrimination as hate crimes. 3. Rigid timescale & process. (1)

I haven't researched this, but what if dissertation committees included members who were folks who built other kinds of careers after earning a PhD? Why couldn't a diss cmte for, say, a history dept incl a museum curator or govt analyst or k-12 teacher or instructional designer?
