Had an amazing weekend at the Washington State Pharmacy Association annual meeting in beautiful Cle Elum, Washington! My co-resident at Providence SW WA absolutely killed it during the AmCare Academy presenting on resources for social determinants of health ☺️ #WSPA

Happy National Rural Health Day! Feeling lucky to practice in Chehalis, WA where I can see patients for an hour on every topic under the sun from alcohol dependence to RLS to schizophrenia. Primary care in a small town means you never know what you'll see next 😇Providence SW WA

This is your reminder to give yourself a bit of grace during residency and training. If you knew everything then you wouldn’t be growing. Chin up and keep on trying. #MedTwitter #TwitteRx

my occasional rant pleading everyone NOT to hold OCP refills hostage so ppl come in and gets a cancer screening or wellness visit 🙃🙃🙃 OCPs should be OTC & we know this. please consider the ethics of withholding a generous refill (1 year) on medication that should be OTC
