Super excited to share my research on the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and how RNA-Sequencing data can be used! I'm incredibly grateful for Carroll Lab 🇺🇦 for all of the help and support. Feel free to check it out here: msphere.asm.org/content/5/4/e0… or read this quick summary!

It is a great honor to present our last study published today in Nature Microbiology. We pushed the limit of single-cell RNA-seq to report the physiology of a single bacteria, using Salmonella and Pseudomonas as pathogens (1/5). Link: nature.com/articles/s4156…

Save the date for #microbialRNA2020. The first virtual microbial RNA meeting. Oct 16th, 23rd & 30th. With storzlab,Philip Adams,@eholmqvist77, Franz Narberhaus,Paul Babitzke,Cari Vanderpool, @GrannemanSander,@SarahLSvensson,Jingyi Fei and many more. Registration opening soon.

These 9 first months in the US have been a quite interesting beginning. My two first weeks working in the lab, following by 3 months of isolation because of covid. But a review done while being at home. That’s not a bad starting after all 😊 many thanks to Carroll Lab 🇺🇦
