York Patrol and Criminal Investigation Unit investigated a stabbing that occurred yesterday evening in Washington Township, York County.

Embreeville Criminal Investigation Unit has charged Lawrence Kozak Jr. in connection with funds being used inappropriately from St. Thomas More Parish.

In April 1989, Corporal Paul Almer and Trooper Wayne Bilheimer were killed in the line duty when their helicopter crashed during a search for a missing person in York County. A memorial ceremony honored their service to the Commonwealth on the 35th anniversary of the accident.

I-83 southbound has been reopened.

Two 14-year-old males were taken into custody and charged after an investigation was conducted by PSP Avondale Criminal Investigation Unit into a threat of violence that was made against students at Avon Grove Middle School in Chester County.

York Patrol Unit is investigating a crash that occurred earlier this morning on I-83 in York County. Three construction workers were killed in the crash. I-83 southbound is still currently shutdown at Exit 36. Further information will be disseminated as it becomes available.
