Missing Endangered Person Advisory UPDATE: William Peters, III was located. The MEPA is canceled. Thank you for the RTs.

PSP was able to locate and positively identify William Peters III, 15 YOA. He was located in the Susquehanna River. Peters was found to be deceased. The investigation is ongoing. There is no threat to the public and there are no suspicious circumstances in this investigation.
