This week in Fife, a robbery suspect tried to make a run for it, but didn't get very far. PD Asher was quick to get his nose to the ground and tracked to the suspect who was hiding in a hedge. Suspect sent straight to custody and PD Asher got his favourite treats. #PDAsher

Lady B from NFRSA visited yesterday to award #PDZeus & his lead holder a bravery award after a recent incident in which Zeus was stabbed👏. A fantastic occasion , & a chance to meet a person who genuinely cares for our Service animals in retirement 🐾 (And there was 🍰😉 )

We always pick our dogs for their, temperament, drive & intelligence. #PDHuey however was a bit disappointed today when his dad asked for help with a bit of report writing. Supposedly, dad said it would be fun but Huey isn't happy as the "mega-bytes" were not very tasty!

We're absolutely delighted to share the news that we have been formerly adopted by NFRSA. It's an incredible charity that already supports many of our retired dogs and handlers. As you can see some of the handlers have been busy fundraising recently for this amazing cause.

With the assistance of our #DigitalEvidenceDetectionDogs Police Scotland Dogs, a 33-year-old man from Glasgow has been convicted of murder. Mark Keel pleaded guilty to murder at the High Court in Glasgow on Wednesday, 30 April, 2025. Read more here : orlo.uk/1RFI3

From Pup to Police Dog! Today #PDEva and her handler licenced as a General Patrol Dog (GPD) team. They'll now put their hard work into practice searching for missing/vulnerable people, suspects & criminals & trying to make the North East a safer place. Wish them luck! #Pawesome

5 - 0 to PD Rico & his lead holder last night. At a housebreaking he found 3 suspects trying to play "hide & seek". Then after suspects were seen stealing from a building site he tracked 2 of them hiding in bushes on a nearby golf course. All reported to COPFS. #TheNoseKnows
