Kellogg's is a company that is worth tens of billions of dollars. They paid their CEO over $11 million last year. So why are they threatening to fire striking workers and send jobs to Mexico that pay $0.97 an hour? The answer is greed. Let's stand with the workers.

My Bad Jobs story now in line ⁦@NorthSouthNZ⁩ . It’s about how labour hire work, hyper casual and endless fixed term contracts, faux contracting, and sub-sub-sub contracting keeps workers poor and powerless, even in a hot market. Interestingly…1/2 northandsouth.co.nz/2022/01/15/emp…

⚠️⚠️ Strike action has been halted⚠️⚠️ DHBs have denied our members of their right to fair and decent pay, and now they have successfully denied them of their right to strike.

You can stop the strike, but you can't stop the movement. 10,000 workers, 70+ professions, one union and tens of thousands of New Zealanders behind them #weareallied

There were uninformed comments made this morning on Morning Report about 'wasteful spending' on new public servants. Frankly, we think that they were offensive to the people who have come together, as part of the team of 5 million, to keep us safe over the past two years.
