Sorry to see that Gov. Justice vetoed HB 5014. The bill would have provided $2 m for research at WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute and another $4 m for research at hospitals across the state. RNI's Dr. Rezai's research is world renown and brings thousands of patients to WV.
