Each year, as part of International Overdose Awareness Day, we remember those we have lost to drugs, alcohol, or suicide. This year our Flower Walk will be part of our Recovery Festival. We will also be planting a Memorial Tree in Rozelle Park to remember those lost.

Our Yoga group with Carlo is on as usual today, 12pm, Boswell House, Ayr (buzzer 2/5).

Tomorrow (Fri 29th) the MRAM group starts at 10am (Boswell House) to allow anyone that wants to go along to support the Recovery Football Tournament to make it down to the Riverside Arena. We have 8 teams entered, it should be a great day. Wrap up warm if your coming to watch.
