⚾️JV takes 2nd in the LSN tourney ⚾️Excellent pitching performance by Chris Kemp and very timely hitting all morning propelled the Trojans over the Roosters of Pleasant Hill 9 to 4 in game one. The guys battled hard in game two but fell to Grain Valley in the Championship, 8-2.

Offense rolled today for the Trojans in their 12-7 victory over Kearney. Luke Moore led the way with a 3 run home run. Other Trojans with 2 hits included Jack Kiser, Jake Daneff and Luke Strunk.

Tonight’s varsity game at Ray-Pec has been pushed to Thursday at 5 due to wet field conditions.

Varsity game at Lee’s Summit West tomorrow (Wed) starts at 4:00pm

Park Hill beats Ray-Pec tonight 15-5 earning a Co-Conference title! Jake Fickenscher threw 4 strong innings on the mound. Drew Townsend had 3 hits and 2 BB to lead the Trojans.

District play begins Monday. The Trojans will take on St Joe Central at 4:00pm at Creekside.

Trojans open district play with a 9-0 win over St Joe Central. Gage Strickbine pitched a complete game shutout to lead the Trojans. Carter Jensen and Jackson Kline were hot at the plate with 3 hits each.

Jack Kiser - All-Conference first team 2nd base. Jack had a .386 avg. and an OBP of .542. He had 11 2b and 1 HR to go along with 20 RBIs and 32 runs scored. Congratulations Jack!

Carter Jensen - All-Conference first team catcher. Carter had a .387 avg. and a .578 OBP. He lead the team with 34 walks and had 25 RBIs, 2 3b, and 1 HR. Congratulations Carter!

Jake Daneff - All-Conference first team pitcher AND shortstop. Jake pitched 43.1 innings giving up just 1 earned run and posting a .162 ERA. He went 6-1 and had 53 K’s. Batting, Jake had a .368 avg. and .517 OBP. He had 28 RBIs with 5 2b, 2 HRs, and 22 runs. Congratulations Jake!

Drew Townsend - All-Conference first team outfield AND Conference player of the year! Drew lead off for Park Hill all year. He hit .343 with an .484 OBP. He had 23 RBIs, 36 runs, 13 2b, and 1 HR. Drew pitched 19.2 innings with a 3.203 ERA, 23 K’s, & 5 saves. Congratulations Drew!
